RIGHT HORIZONTAL STAB, NR 4 ELEVATOR HINGE BEARING BRACKET, LOWER MOUNT BRACKET HAS A HEAVY WEAR SPOT.  PERFORMED A REPAIR TO THE RIGHT HORIZONTAL STAB TRAILING EDGE RIB FITTING AT ELEVATOR STA 121.59 INBOARD LUG, AFT FACE IAW ECRA 5510-03400 STEP 1.
