## Discrepancy

WATER RAN ALL OVER AFT GALLEY FLOOR DURING THE FLIGHT EVEN THOUGH WATER VALVE WAS OFF.  REF TO ECRA 2011-01000 GALLEY SPILL, CARRIED OUT INITIAL CLEAN UP ON AFT GALLEY SPILL AREA AROUND R2 DOOR AS PER GALLEY SPILL PARA A.  ECRA 2011-01000 TOILET REPLACED ON CARD 41-3832-1-0001. PERFORMED IN-DEPTH CLEAN UP AND SUPPLEMENTAL INSPECTION. NO DEFECTS NOTED IAW ECRA 2011-01000.
