SEATS 12C AND 15C EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE.  FOUND CONNECTOR DISCONNECTED FROM THE FLOOR TO THE SEAT HARNESS FOR 12 AND 15. NO DAMAGE TO HARNESS OR CONNECTOR, RECONNECTED LIGHTS AND ALL EMERGENCY LIGHT OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW AMM 33-51-00.
