COMPLETED PART 1 INTERIM REPAIR REF EC/RA #5249-01306 INTERIM REPAIR MADE TO CENTER FUEL TANK SUMP DRAIN ACCESS DOOR PER ECRA 5249-01306 PART 1.  REMOVED DOOR LATCH ASSY AND BROKEN LOCKING FRAME. INSTALLED AND SECURED FRAME AND DOOR ASSY. OPS CHECH DOOR OK. ECRA COMPLETED AND DIP OK TO CLEAR. REF ECRA 5249-01306 REV A AND SRM 51-40-02.
