## Discrepancy

OIL - FUEL FUMES IN CABIN AFTER START. DID NOT GO AWAY UNTIL SHUT DOWN. STRONG ENOUGH TO FEEL PHYSILOGICAL EFFECTS. CAPT STATED, JUST STARTED BOTH ENGINES THEN APU OFF. TURNED BOTH AC, AND RECIRCCULATION FANS ON. STRONG FUEL ODOR IN FLIGHT DECK AND THROUGHOUT CABIN. DID NOT GO AWAY UNTIL ENGINES ARE OFF. BOTH PILOT FELL ILL(LIGHT HEADED OR TASTE IN MOUTH). NO AC IN FRONT, OR REALLY CLOSE. IDLE RUN EACH ENGINE - NO OIL - FUEL FUMES NOTED IN CABIN - ISLOLATED EACH BLEED (LR). NO FUMES DETECTED. REF ECRA 0500-01014C
