## Discrepancy

FLASHLIGHT AT R1 DOOR, NOT TESTING, RED LIGHT FLASHES OCCASIONALLY. FLASHLIGHT STILL HAS CHARGE.  PLACARD INSTALLED. MEL 2563D APPLIED. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FLASHLIGHT IAW AIPC 25-64-58-05. GOOD FOR SVC.
