FR 66, STR 16L GUSSET PLATE TOP HOLE HA S A REJECTABLE INDICATION.  GUSSET PLATE REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW SRM 53-41-12-300-018, FIGURE 1.  FLOWCHART SOLUTION 1. GVI & HFEC INSPECTION COMPLETED PER NTMS 51-90-00, 5110-08 AND 51-10-01. NO DAMAGE FOUND ON FRAME INNER CAPS, DAMAGE ISOLATED TO GUSSET PLATE ONLY. NO EDGE DISTANCE LESS THAN 0.350 INCH AND NO PITCH FOUND TO BE LESS THAN 0.630 INCH, REF. SRM 53-41-12-300-018 BLOCKS 13 & 14. NO REWORK/REAMING OF HOLES REQUIRED, ALL HOLES WITHIN LIMITS WITH NO DISCREPANCIES
