AVIATAR -AVI- ALERT- LEFT BLEED TEMPERATURE- IS LOW (63 C) COMPARED TO RIGHT (188 C). UPON INSPECTION OF FAN AIR VALVE FOR E1 FOUND VALVE SIDE OF LINKAGE ROD SHEARED. REMOVED AND REPLACED E1 FAN AIR VALVE AND LINKAGE ROD REF AMM 36-11-54/401 OPS CK GOOD.
