INSPECTION FOUND LT ELEVATOR CONTROL TAB DELAMINATED ON UPPER SURFACE.  THE LT ELEVATOR CONTROL TAB WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW MM 27-30-00 AND 27-30-3.
