INSPECTION FOUND LT WING LOWER SKIN PANEL DEBONDED AROUND SCREW HOLE FORWARD OF OUTER WHEEL WELL AREA.  THE SKIN PANEL WAS REMOVED, REPAIRED, AND REINSTALLED IAW SRM 51-30-2.
