## Discrepancy

THE NOSE GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF FROM EWR. QRH PROCEDURES WERE ACCOMPLISHED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO EWR WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE NOSE GEAR STRUT AT 100 PSI. THE STRUT WAS SERVICED IAW MM 32-21-02. THE GEAR WAS SWUNG SEVERAL TIMES AND OPERATION CHECKED GOOD.
