UPON COMPLIANCE WITH AD, DETECTED A CRACK COMPLETELY THROUGH CAST WEB.  INSTALLED NEW CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY PN T700A5755098001.  NEW PART WEB THICKNESS IS 3X THICKER.  POSSIBLE CAUSE; HIGH KIT FLAP OPERATING SPEED.  REPLACEMENT PART APPEARS TO BE REINFORCED IN AFFECTED AREA.
