WHILE CONDUCTING AN OPPORTUNITY INSPECTION IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE AFT FIRE SHIELD PANEL WAS CHAFED INTO THE BS 477 WEB IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS.
