## Discrepancy

KPHX - FLT 67919 - ON ENGINE START, NR 4 ENGINE INDICATED FIRE WARNING MOMENTARILY.  WHEN TESTED, THE WARNING LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 4 ENGINE FIRE AMP.  OPS CHECKS GOOD.  (X)
