## Discrepancy

R2 DOOR SLIDE FOUND INFLATED UPON ARRIVAL AT AIRCRAFT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED R2 DOOR EVACUATION SLIDE RAFT PER MM 25-61-10.  DOOR OPS CHECKS GOOD.
