ABORTED TAKEOFF, LEFT ENGINE INDICATED ZERO TORQUE AT TAKEOFF AND TAXI POWER SETTINGS.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO RAMP AT GEG.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED LT TORQUE TRANSMITTER, INSPECTED INLET OIL LINE AND BLEED TRANSMITTER.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (M)
