## Discrepancy

TAXI BACK, OVERSPEED GOVERNOR TEST FAILED DURING GROUND RUN UP.  PROP RPM WENT TO RED LINE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED OVERSPEED GOVERNOR.  ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
