## Discrepancy

FLIGHT 8511 ROUTE SEA-MVW.  FLAP MOTOR CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED ON TAKEOFF, RESET AND POPPED AGAIN ON LANDING WHEN FLAPS WERE EXTENDED 20 DEGREES.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLAP TRANSMISSION.
