## Discrepancy

DURING CLIMB OUT, THE STARTER ENERGIZED LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  PILOT ELECTED TO RETURN TO DEPARTURE.  NO EMERGENCY DECLARED.  AFTER EXTENSIVE TROUBLESHOOTING AND WIRE INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE FOUND GENERATOR FIELD GIVING OFF RESIDUAL CURRENT.  REPLACED STARTER GENERATOR. OPS CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
