FLIGHT 7826, FCA - GTF.   AIRCRAFT PERFORMED AN AIR TURNBACK DUE TO HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FAILURE SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. LANDED SAFELY WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. REPLACED R/H MLG ACTUATOR HOSE IAW ICN-ATR-A-323150-A-FC429-04SYZ-A-001-01. PERFORMED GEAR SWING AND CHECK OF EMERGENCY EXTENSION. LEAK AND OPS CHECKS GOOD.
