FLIGHT 7275 ICT-AFW   DISCREPANCY: DUAL AC BUS FAILURE IN FLIGHT. CREW EXECUTED THE EMERGENCY CHECKLIST, RESTORING POWER TO THE FO'S SIDE. THE CAPTAIN'S SIDE REMAINED INOPERATIVE. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY IN AFW. CORRECTIVE ACTION: MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE CPT'S VERTICAL SPEED INDICATOR. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
