## Discrepancy

POWER TURBINE WOULD NOT ROTATE ON PREFLIGHT WALK AROUND.  REMOVED AND REPLACED ENGINE.  ALSO, REMOVED POWER TURBINE AND DISSEMBLED.  FOUND 2ND STAGE PT STATOR INNER SEAL RETAINING RIUETS AND PLATES FLOATING FREELY BETWEEN 2ND STAGE STATOR AND ROTOR.
