## Discrepancy

RAMP AGENT NOTICED A PART 0F THE OTBD WHEEL HALF CAME APART, WHILE THE AIRCRFT WAS TAXIING INTO GATE AREA.  REMOVED WHEEL S/N FEB88-192 AND TOOK IT OUT OF SERVICE.  SENT TO CVG WHEEL SHOP.
