## Discrepancy

DURING OVERHAUL INSPECTION MULTIPLE CRACK INDICATIONS WERE FOUND DURING ULTRASONIC INSPECTION (IAW SB 61-58 APPENDIX C, SCAN B) HUB S/N 110502 WAS DISASSEMBLED AND REMOVED FROM SERVICE.
