RUDDER CONFIG MESSAGE ALTHOUGH SYSTEM IS DEFERRED.  WITH RUDDER TRIM INDICATING ZERO DEGREES.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RUDDER TRIM ACTUATOR WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
