## Discrepancy

FLIGHT 5745 AFTER TAKEOFF AND GEAR RETRACTION RECEIVED A NLG DISAGREE CAUTION WITH A NOSE GEAR DOOR OPEN MESSAGE.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DEPARTING CITY (CVG).  REPLACED THE NLG DOOR ACTUATOR.
