## Discrepancy

FLIGHT 4952 AIRCRAFT WILL NOT PRESSURIZE.  FOUND SAFETY WIRE IN OUTFLOW VALVE.  REMOVED WIRE AND PRESSURE CHECK WAS NORMAL.
