FLIGHT 5134 T/O ABORTED DUE TO STIFF ELEVATOR CONTROL.  COULD NOT DUPLICATE.  INSPECTED ELEVATOR CONTROL SYSTEM, NO DEFECTS FOUND.  FLIGHT CHECK SATISFACTORY.
