FLIGHT 5673 RECEIVED A LANDING GEAR DISAGREE CAUTION DURING APPROACH, CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, ABORTED 1ST APPROACH, THEN LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AFTER MANUAL EXTENSION OF THE LANDING GEAR.  REPLACED THE NR 3 HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR.
