FLIGHT 5555- ENROUTE, LOST CABIN PRESSURE AT 10,000 FT, CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND FLIGHT LANDED AT LGA WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED THE VACUUM REGULATOR.
