FLIGHT 5249 - CARGO BOTTLE LOW MESSAGE RECEIVED INFLIGHT.  DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED CVG WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED BOTH CARGO FIRE BOTTLES.  NO FURTHER DEFECTS.
