FLIGHT 5429 - RECEIVED DCU NR 2 INOP MESSAGE ON CLIMB.  RETURNED TO CVG AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED NR 2 DCU.  NO FURTHER DEFECTS.
