## Discrepancy

FLIGHT 5354 - DURING CLIMB PAX DOOR OUTER HANDLE MESSAGE DISPLAYED, AIRCRAFT RETURNED BACK TO CHS AND LANDED SAFELY.  INSPECTED PAX DOOR OUTER HANDLE FOR PROPER OPERATION.  ALL CHECKS GOOD.
