FLIGHT 5675 - RECEIVED EFIS COMP MON CAUTION MESSAGE.  ATTEMPTED TO CORRECT, BOTH HSI'S SHOWED RED HEADING FLAG.  ATC ADVISED30 DEGREES OFF COURSE.  RETURNED TO BOS, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED NR 2 AHRS.  NO FURTHER DEFECTS.
