## Discrepancy

DURING CLIMBOUT FROM CVG RT ENG HIGH OIL TEMP.  EMERGENCY DECLARED, ACFT RETURNED BACK TO CVG AND LANDED SAFELY.  FOUND RT ENG AGB OVER SERVICED WITH OIL.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RT ENG BYPASS CHECK VALVE.  (S)
