ON CLIMBOUT FROM CVG RECEIVED LEFT WINDOW HEAT CAUTION MSG.  EMERGENCY DECLARED, A/C RETURNED TO CVG LANDED SAFELY.  MOVED NR 3 AND NR 4 WIRES TO SPARE TEMPERATURE SENSOR FOR THE LEFT WINDOW.  OPS TEST GOOD.
