ON CLIMBOUT FROM JAX, CLIMBING THROUGH 15000FT RECEIVED STAB TRIM/MACH TRIM CAUTION MSG, UNABLE TO REENGAGE.  EMERGENCY DECLARED, A/C RETURNED TO JAX LANDED SAFELY.  REMOVED AND REPLACED HORIZONTAL STAB TRIM MCU. OPS CHECK GOOD.
