## Discrepancy

DURING ULTRASONIC INSP OF HUB REAR FACE, A FLAW WAS INDICATED AT THE BOLT HOLE ADJACENT TO BLADE PORT NR 3.  PROPELLER WAS DISSEMBLED, HUB (S/N CW1044) AND REMOVED FROM SERVICE.
