WHILE PERFORMING DOWTY SB SF340-61-58 SCAN C, SEVERAL FLAW INDICATION WERE DISCOVERED.  PROPELLER WAS DISASSEMBLED AND HUB (S/N 110351) WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE.
