## Discrepancy

WHEN THE RIGHT ENGINE POWER LEVER WAS ADVANCED DURING CRUISE, THE ENGINE SURGED TO 95 PERCENT.  REPLACED BINDING RT ENGINE POWER LEVER CABLE.
