## Discrepancy

FLAPS ARE STUCK AT 7 DEGREES, THEY WILL NOT RETRACT OR EXTEND.  REPLACED THE ENGINE CONTROL QUADRANT BECAUSE OF DEFECTIVE FLAP SELECTOR.
