ON LANDING, AIRCRAFT YAWED SHARPLY AFTER CLEARING RUNWAY NWS DID NOT RESPOND WITH INPUTS FROM TILLER OR PEDALS.  REPLACED STEERING ECU, TAXI CHECK GOOD.
