## Discrepancy

DURING GROUND CHECKS, "ELEC" LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE ELECTRIC METERS, BATTERY AND GALLEY POWER MODULE.  BITE CHECK ON POWER MODULE P5-13 INDICATED "SPCU INOP".  REPLACED THE STANDBY POWER CONTROL UNIT.  OPS CHECK NORMAL AND "ELEC" LIGHT NOT ILLUMINATED.
