## Discrepancy

WHEN AIRCRAFT DEPARTED CVG (FOR A MAINTENANCE TEST FLIGHT) AND AFTER GEAR WAS PUT IN THE RETRACT POSITION, THE "A" SIDE VOLUME READ 17%. DECLARED EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO CVG. LANDING AND ROLLOUT WERE UNEVENTFUL.
