RIGHT MAIN GEAR LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE WITH GEAR HANDLE SELECTED DOWN. EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION WAS PERFORMED PRIOR TO LANDING AND AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. AIRCRAFT LANDED AND TAXIED IN WITHOUT INCIDENT.
