BRAKE FAILURE WHILE TAXI TO TAKEOFF. COMPLETED FULL ANTISKID BRAKE TEST PRIOR TO FAIL. SIC CHECKED HIS BRAKES SUCCESSFULLY AND RETURNED CONTROLS, FELT LIKE BRAKE TEST. USED EMERGENCY TO STOP BEFORE RUNWAY BUT CROSSED LINE.
