FLAP FAILURE ON DEPARTURE, STUCK AT 4 DEGREES.  WERE ABLE TO RESET FLAPS AND FLAP FAIL WENT AWAY. PERFORMED FLAPS OPS CHECK AND FLAPS OPS CHECK IS NORMAL IAW CL300 27-51-05-710-801.
