FLAP FAILURE ON TAKEOFF, FLAPS STUCK AT FLAPS 1- THIRD OCCURENCE, WILL DOWNLOAD CMC ( EMERGENCY DECLARED)  DOWNLOADED CMC FAULT CODES AND AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING DETERMINED FLAP SELECTOR NEEDS REPLACEMENT. REMOVED FLAP SELECTOR LEVER UNIT, INSTALLED SERVICEABEL UNIT . PERFORMED OPS CHECK AND WORKED NORMALLY WITH NO FLAP FAULTS. WORL PERFORMED IAW AMM 27-53-01-400-801A
