RECEIVED A BATT EXCEEDANCE CAS MESSAGE DURING CLIMB, MOMENTARARY A FEW TIMES, THEN STEADY. GENERATOR AND BATTERY 1 VOLTAGE 28.6 +-0.2, GENERATOR AND BATTERY 2 VOLTAGE 29.0 ( EMERGENCY DECLARED ) REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 GCU WITH AN INSPECTED GCU IAW AMM 24-31-02-000-801-A. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME. NO DEFEFECTS NOTED.   REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 STARTER/GEN WITH AN OVERHAULED STARTER GEN IAW AMM 24-31-01-000-801-A OPS CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
