DURING INSPECTION, FOUND LEFT WING OUTBOARD FUEL QUANTITY TRANSMITTER WIRING HARNESS INSOLATION BURNT BETWEEN WIRE SHIELDING AND TERMINAL.  FILED SERVICE CONDITION REPORT NR 161570 WITH CESSNA/CITATION.  COPY OF REPORTS, SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION AND PICTURES SENT TO PMI AND OPERATOR.
